You wrote a review somewhere, and a business has turned it into a post with PraiseReel. If you would rather it were not used, you can tell us here. Please read what we can and cannot do first.

How this works

PraiseReel is a tool a business uses on reviews it has already received. We do not collect reviews ourselves and we do not publish anything. The business downloads the video or picture and posts it on its own accounts, usually Instagram. From that moment it is the business's post: we cannot see it, change it or remove it, and we have no control over what a business does with a file it has downloaded.

What a post shows. A quote, a star rating and one name. PraiseReel never rewrites a review by itself, but the business can edit the words, the name and the stars before it makes the post, so a post may not match what you wrote. The tool cuts a full name down to its first word and has no way to add a photo of you. What a business puts in and publishes is its own responsibility; our terms forbid invented reviews and edits that change what a reviewer meant.
What we can do. Read your message. If we can find the post, we may remove the copy kept on our own service and pass your request on to the business that made it. For anything we hold ourselves, we handle your request as data-protection law requires.
What we cannot do. Remove or change anything on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or anywhere else it has been published, or make a business take a post down. We cannot promise a result or a date. To get a published post removed, ask the business directly or use the Report option on the platform where you saw it; the review itself you can edit or delete where you wrote it, for example on Google.
What we need. Enough to find the post: a link to it, or the name of the business and roughly what the review said.
